MUJI Pillow To Support Turn-Overs
Designed to smoothly support posture changes from back-sleeping to side-sleeping. The center is lower and softer than the sides to keep the neck at a natural angle when lying on your back. The higher, firmer sides help keep the line from neck to spine straight and reduce shoulder pressure when lying on your side. Note: “Optimal height” varies by body type and mattress. The material may feel firm/tall at first, but will gradually conform to your head height with continued use.

Note: Please use a separate pillowcase with this product. Handling—outer fabric / inner core: Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry the inner core (risk of damage). If soiled, rinse with room-temperature water (shower); for heavy soil, use a diluted neutral detergent. After removing excess water, dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place. Direct sunlight and fluorescent light may cause discoloration. Do not use a hair dryer for drying. Keep away from heaters or other high-temperature sources—heat may deform or degrade performance. The inner core may gradually change shape depending on load distribution. With use or washing, polyethylene fibers may fray; if fraying occurs, push the thread end inward. If fibers protrude, push them back inside. Avoid snagging the polyethylene fibers. Firmness may vary slightly with temperature: softer when warm, firmer when cold.
