Products purchased on the online store www.muji.com.vn may be exchanged at any MUJI retail (physical) store in Vietnam within 14 days of successful delivery.
For items requiring a size or color exchange (Men’s, Women’s or Children’s clothing), if they were bought during a promotion, they may still be exchanged under the same promotional terms (the price you paid must match the price at exchange) and subject to availability at the chosen store.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Applicable only to products purchased from the website www.muji.com.vn in Vietnam
- Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the "Successful Delivery Confirmation" notice.
- Customers must bring the product to be exchanged to the store for the return process.
- Customers need to provide order information.
- If the price of the desired exchange product is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the price is lower, the customer will not be refunded the difference.
- The exchange product must be new, clean, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original tags attached.
- The value of the exchanged product is calculated at the time of the return process at the store.
- Promotions: Discount codes applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges or subsequent orders.
- Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
