Please regularly check for any hard quills poking out due to use or cleaning. If you see any protrusions, remove them immediately
Due to the characteristics of the material, feathers may come out from the seams. Please be careful, as pressure from squeezing or hitting can cause them to escape easily
You may notice a characteristic odor from the material immediately after purchase or during high humidity periods. If concerned, air it out in a well-ventilated area for 3 to 4 hours before use
Always use a cover when using the product
After unpacking, knead it thoroughly from all sides toward the center to allow air to enter and shape it before use.
This product may have wrinkles on the side fabric due to packaging, but it does not affect usage
Be careful not to damage the main body when unpacking
This product uses a high-density woven fabric on the side that prevents mites from entering
The anti-mite effect does not completely prevent mites
