Discover a curated selection of household goods and garment products from MUJI representing a simple and “just right” lifestyle - just right in quality, with a balance between functionality and aesthetics. Above all, each item is designed to reflect MUJI’s thoughtful consideration for people, the environment, and society.
Everyday Items for a Thoughtful Living exhibition presents products across three everyday settings: At Home, At Work, and On the Move. In each setting, MUJI introduces daily essentials made from sustainable materials – either naturally durable or optimized from recycled resources. Most of the displayed items are manufactured in Vietnam, and several have been specifically developed for the Vietnamese market, based on local habits and needs.
Guided by the pursuit of universality and genuine value, MUJI was born of the intersection of two distinct stances: no brand (Mujirushi) and the value of good items (Ryohin). Accordingly, MUJI’s product development and manufacturing process follow three steps: selecting materials, streamlining processes, and simplifying packaging. These principles have underpinned MUJI’s commitment to sustainability since its founding in 1980, demonstrated in every useful product that is good for the environment, producers, consumers, and local communities. Everyday Items for a Thoughtful Living also invites each of us to pause and reflect on our consumption choices: in the long run, what truly contributes to a more comfortable daily life?
MUJI looks forward to accompanying you through every familiar moment of urban life, now and beyond.
