1. Job Overview:
The logistics division members will play a key role in supporting the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations. Working closely with all stakeholders, this position involves overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, including transportation and distribution. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, lead to improved warehouse operation, alerting stores before error occurs and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy within the logistics function, maximize efficiency through smooth communication with suppliers.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operation
Checking daily progress of receiving/labeling work for warehouse shipping (DC/EC), VAS work, and inventory management.
Visiting DC to patrol the situation and staff to improve.
- Manage store delivery
Monitoring the process of delivery. Checking stores’ situation.
- Establish and standardize work procedures and manuals for logistics.
- Improve logistics cost.
Making KPI and creating regular reports on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Respond to problems such as emergency shipment / warehouse delivery / warehouse work operational errors, inventory discrepancies, and shipping delays, and issuing instructions for corrective measures.
- Lead member and supplier
With the goal of maximizing logistics operation efficiency and minimizing costs, lead toward a goal and maximize the abilities and experience of team members to achieve high performance. Educating related division members to improve supply chain.
Job requirements
- Utilize internal and external networks to collect effective information for work.
- Ability to deal with unexpected matters flexibly and make consistent decisions.
- Leading other company members.
- Listening and empathy for smooth communication.
- Data analysis by using Excel (Word, PowerPoint skills also required).
- English skills (TOEIC 650 or higher).
- Experience in logistics for at least 3–4 years.
- Experience in Excel/Word/PowerPoint for 3 years.
- Experience as division leader is a plus.
