Key Responsibilities
- Contribute and increase sale revenue.
- Maintain visual merchandise & sales floors, following guideline.
- Propose good sales items to superiors to place suitable order.
- Collect and share customer feedback/market information.
- Improve product knowledge to provide customers prompt advice.
- Conduct consultation.
- Manage emergency incidents and customers.
Requirements
- Familiar with customer needs, up sales, and pursue store productivity and efficiency.
- Always manage sales floors from the customer's point of view, to earn the trust and support from more customers.
- Collect and share updated information from other companies, market, and surrounding areas.
- Improve motivation and promote growth through an effective engagement with other staffs.
- Able to speak basic English.
- Able to transfer within one hour by appropriate transportation.
Experience
Have working experience at other retail stores is a plus.
