MUJI Vietnam is looking for a creative and critical thinking Content Creation Supervisor Assistant to communicate our brand philosophy and products to the right people. In this role, you will produce high-quality digital content, manage our social media channels, and engage with our customers and contribute creative ideas for continuous improvement. This exciting role plays a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and reports directly to the Social & Digital Media Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content and Visual Creation
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube, while ensuring a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all social media channels.
• Design and produce visually appealing graphics and videos to support content objectives.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports summarizing social media activities, performance metrics, trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations to enhance social media strategies and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with broader company objectives. Perform additional administrative tasks and paperwork as needed.
2. Social Channels Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels: handle posting, moderation, update profile visuals...
• Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media platforms, escalating to internal teams when having customer issues or complaints.
3. Creative Project Coordination
• Develop creative concepts and ideas by translating strategic briefs into compelling messages, storytelling directions, and content frameworks.
• Develop copy for multiple creative formats and platforms.
• Join shooting sessions to provide copy input and provide continuous feedback on creative revisions until final approval.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar tools with strong design thinking and editing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Exposure to media advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
