1. Job Overview:
In normal circumstances: The most important thing is management of product supply, product information and product planning.
Steadily execute instructions and translations from the responsible MD, and complete work by the due date.
Understand how to register the MD system.
Confirm product delivery plans linked to RKJ and complete in-store sales without delay.
Collect market information constantly and report to MD.
Hold regular product training to improve store staff knowledge.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
1. MANAGEMENT/SALES PLAN SHEET: Understand new and old product revisions and establish an appropriate sales plan. Understand whether there are regulations and make an appropriate sales plan.
2. MANAGEMENT/ORDER MEETING: In-house adjustments can be made by the deadline, and registration can be completed without omission.
3. MANAGEMENT/PURCHASE ORDER/RKJ: Contact the product department and work on clearing regulated product tests.
4. MANAGEMENT/MASTER MANAGEMENT (LABEL/ITEM/PRICE): In conjunction with a consulting company, you can check the UPDATE of regulatory information and collect and visualize accurate information.
5. MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS CONTACT: Understand business communication and e-mail instructions from RKJ correctly and respond optimally.
6. MANAGEMENT/LOCAL MD: Conduct planning and commercialization of Vietnamese local products.
7. MANAGEMENT/PURCHASE ORDER/DOMESTIC: We communicate production adjustments for domestic sales factories and understand operations without delay from order placement to warehouse delivery.
8. MANAGEMENT/WORKSHOP: Once a half year, you can plan and carry out Workshop / Installation
using OPENMUJI space.
9. MANAGEMENT/HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: Can create and execute educational schedules for human resource development.
10. SALES/SALES PROMOTION PLAN (SALES/PRICE): For the department / department in charge, finalize the target product and estimate the planned quantity.
11. SALES/PRODUCT BASIC INFORMATION: Create product basic information for more than 10 items in half a year and hold staff briefing sessions.
12. SALES/PRODUT AND SALES MTG: Weekly instruction draft can be created for the following items
①Sales place ②Sales ③Inventory ④Sales Promotion ⑤operation
13. SALES/SALES PROMOTION TOOL: You can create a sales floor face table and make suggestions / instructions to the sales department.
Checking the sales floor status of the responsible depa every day.
Job requirements
Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:
・ Utilize internal and external networks to collect effective information for work.
・ Can deal with unexpected matters flexibly and make consistent decisions.
・ Listening and empathy for smooth communication.
・ Ability to grasp things from various aspects, anticipate situations and act.
・ Data analysis using Excel (Excel skills).
・ Language skills (TOEIC 650 or higher).
・ Understand the direction of the company as a whole and drop it into the department.
・ Communicate with related departments and report to other departments and managers.
・ Understand departmental policies and support capabilities that Manager can execute.
・ Understand operations related to products from upstream to downstream.
Experience:
・ Merchandising experience
・ More than 2 years of experience using Excel / Word / PowerPoint
・ At least one year of practical experience as an MDA or equivalent or more
