1. Job Overview:
Verify the quality standards and regulations for Food items both Imported Products & Local OEM. Organize quality inspection in accordance with these standards and develop and validate the content of user manuals and quality labels.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
• Investigate the quality standards and regulations for each selling in Local Market.
• Well-preparing for all Declaration Document before launching.
• Working closely with Consultant/ Supplier/ Factory & team members for managing the regulation correctly.
• Ensure that 100% of goods sold in the Vietnamese market comply with the laws of local country.
• Prepare initial drafts for instruction manuals, price tags, and quality labels that comply with each country's laws and regulations.
• Check the contents of instruction manuals, price tags, and quality labels from a QA perspective.
• Coordinate with the Tokyo headquarters regarding the above contents
Job requirements
Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:
• Ability to operate basic PCs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet) without problems.
• Experience in inspection or quality assurance (QA) at an inspection agency, manufacturer, trading company, retailer, etc. Must have experience in dealing with FOOD industry.
• Business level of Japanese or English.
Experience:
・ Having experience about Food with more than 3 -5 year experience in Regulation.
・ More than 2 years of experience using Excel / Word / PowerPoint
