1. Job Overview:
Researching and developing new products and the improvement of existing products while analyzing the sales situation. Ensure that products meet consumer needs, market trends, and quality standards.
The candidate is required to perform a range of activities, namely, developing and maintaining a new product pipeline, overseeing product development and design, launching new products, pricing strategies and monitoring MOQ, costing, packaging, auditing Factory.
Regulation/ Aduit management.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT/SOURCING NEW PRODUCT/ NEW SUPPLIER: Understand RKJ guidelines & MUJI concepts then bringing the correct products to consumers.
MANAGEMENT/PURCHASE ORDER/RKJ: Can create the initial order quantity by considering the number of face displays, stores, sales start date, and sales period.
MANAGEMENT/MASTER MANAGEMENT (LABEL/ITEM/PRICE): Can schedule what needs to be done by the deadline, and you can visualize your work by creating a schedule. ① Item master registration ② Price master registration ③ Supplier master ④ Local JAN acquisition
MANAGEMENT/LOCAL MD: Conduct planning and commercialization of Vietnamese local products.
MANAGEMENT/REGULATION: Understand sales regulations and testing regulations and be able to perform proper procedures and manage data and documents.

MANAGEMENT/AUDITING: Taking care the re-audit by internal with Supplier & Factory and leading them well-preparation before officially checking by SGS.
SALES/SALES PROMOTION TOOL: Can link promotional materials necessary for product release ①POP ②SNS. Able to create sales floor map and provide suggestions/instructions within the company.
Job requirements
Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:
・ Utilize internal and external networks to collect effective information for work.
・ Can deal with unexpected matters flexibly and make consistent decisions.
・ Listening and empathy for smooth communication.
・ Ability to grasp things from various aspects, anticipate situations and act.
・ Data analysis using Excel (Excel skills).
・ Language skills (TOEIC 650 or higher).
・ Understand the direction of the company as a whole and drop it into the department.
・ Communicate with related departments and report to other departments and managers.
・ Understand departmental policies and support capabilities that Manager can execute.
・ Understand operations related to products from upstream to downstream.
Experience:
・ Merchandising experience about Production with more than 3-4 year experience in Production Industry & Product Development.
・ More than 3 years of experience using Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
