Job description:
1. Job Overview:
A factory audit is a systematic evaluation of a manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while assessing operational efficiency and supplier reliability.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
• Assess the preliminary criteria of the Factory to see if it meets operational standards and the parent company's standards.
• Understand & having a depth-knowdege of Quality Audit/ Social Audit.
• Re-audit the factory for the first time and regularly check the operation of the factory, then build the inspecton standard.
• Working closely with SGC for all inspection contents & make the improvement.
• Managing the Audit timeline and expiry of each Factory while aligning with Suppliers.
• Managing & build the inspection for Cafe Counter to meet Food Safety Standard of goverment.
Job requirements
Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:
• Ability to operate basic PCs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet) without problems.
• Experience in inspection or quality assurance (QA) at an inspection agency, manufacturer, trading company, retailer, etc. Must have experience in dealing with FOOD industry.
Experience:
• Require over 5 years of experience in this field, priority for Food.
• Japanese is plus.
